What is your return policy? TOP

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Tickle Your Fancy.  The only items non-returnable are those that are monogrammed and/or personalized.  Any other items may be shipped back and once received credit will be issued back to your credit card. 

What if I receive an item and it is damaged? TOP

Please report any damages within 24 hours upon receipt.

Do all items ship from Tickle Your Fancy? TOP
Not all items will ship from TYF.  Some items will be sent directly from our supplier; therefore, you may receive more than one package from different locations to complete your order. We will email you if something is coming directly from our supplier.

If I live in the Richmond area and want to purchase something can I pick it up at your retail location instead of paying shipping costs? TOP
Yes, some items are shown on our website and are not in the store.  If you would like us to order an item from the website just contact us and let us know.  We will contact you when the item is in (if it needs to be ordered) and you can pick it up at the store. 

How long does it take to receive items with monogramming? TOP

You should receive those items within two weeks or earlier. 

How does the referral program offered through the TYF Family membership work? TOP
You register with us as a TYF Family member and you will receive a coupon code anytime you refer someone to our site and they make a purchase.  If your referral uses your name AND id you will receive 5% off your ENTIRE next online purchase.  We will email you with a coupon code to use on your next purchase that will entitle you to 5% off your entire order.  These can be accumulated and used as you like.  We will also keep you updated monthly on your coupon codes and availability via email. 

What are the advantages of becoming a TYF Family member? TOP

Not only will you receive discounts on purchases through referrals, but you will also be the first to receive notice on sales, new products and more!

Does the TYF Family referral discount apply to sale merchandise? TOP
Yes, you can even apply your discount to sale merchandise.

What do I need to do to become a TYF Family member? TOP

To become a TYF Family member simply email us through our Contact Us page with the following information:
Name
Full Mailing Address
Email address
Requested ID (any combination of letters and/or numbers)
  (we will notify you via email if that id is not available)
It's that easy!  You just send your friends and family to the TYF website.  When they order they put your name and ID in the voucher/coupon code field at checkout and we will email you with your coupon code. 
 

How long does it take for monogrammed items? TOP
Please expect about 2 weeks before receiving any items with a monogram.  We will contact you if it will be any longer.

How do I get an item monogrammed? TOP
There is a $10 charge for monogramming.  When you want an item monogrammed that doesn't come monogrammed then you just click on monogram and enter the quantity of monograms you are getting with you order.  On items that are monogrammable you enter the color, font and initials that you want under the item.  A word about monogramming...you can do either a full name, a single initial or full name initials.  When doing full name initials it usually goes first name initial, last name initial, middle name initial. 

If I want to include my spouse on a monogram what is the order of the letters? TOP
When including a couple on a monogram the last name initial goes in the center and the two individuals' first name initials go on either side of the center initial.  Example:  Heather and Andy Hughes would be aHh.   

Can I order an item before it is available? TOP
Certainly.  All orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis meaning you would receive your shipment as soon as we get the product assuring quicker delivery for you. 

Do you gift wrap and send gifts? TOP
We can gift wrap for an additional fee of 7.00 and ship the item anywhere you request.  We will also include a card with your personal message. 

Can I use my own referral code on personal orders to receive the TYF Family Member discount? TOP
No.  The referral needs to come from someone other than yourself to receive the discount code/offer. 

What is your privacy policy? TOP
Your privacy is important to us; therefore ANY information you provide us is strictly confidential.  The information you provide will be used only by us.  We will not distribute, sell or display any information provided to us.  We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless required by law.
